Nestled in the rolling westside hills of Paso Robles, Brecon Estate is a Boutique Estate winery owned by Damian & Amanda Grindley. The estate produces exquisite and inviting wines. Each Brecon Estate wine is a small batch ferment, with an individual story to tell, sold exclusively onsite.

General Manager, Brecon Estate 

Rachael joined Brecon in 2019 as Tasting Room & Events Manager. Over the last 5 years, she has grown within the company and now works closely with owners Amanda & Damian Grindley as General Manager. Still, she enjoys jumping in to help anywhere she’s needed, including but not limited to Tasting Room, Cellar, Events, Harvest, and even Property Maintenance! She is WSET Level 2 Certified and has worked in the wine industry for almost 10 years. Key accolades in her wine career include successfully opening JUSTIN’s secondary downtown tasting location, and recently co-hosting the inaugural Alternative Tastes Wine Fest, which brought over 30 Paso Robles wineries together to raise money for a local non-profit. 

When not at Brecon Estate, Rachael can be found in Mom-mode, driving her kids to and from school and sports practice and coaching various cheer teams. She enjoys reading, being active, spending time with her husband and family, and drinking outdoors.
