Ladies & Gents,
If you’re reading this it’s because you are a friend of mine, or directly connected to someone who is. I got inspired to create a golfing trip to Scotland next year for myself and a small group of friends. As an avid golfer I have long wanted to make that pilgrimage to play true Scottish links golf in the very home of the sport. Throw in some special dinners and daily breakfast.What more could a man ask for?
I invite you to join me in Scotland next year. This is a “bucket list” trip for those who love golf. The 6 championship courses we will play are historic. Each is a fabulous test of golf. In St. Andrews we will play Crail Balcomie, Carnoustie, Kingsbarns, New Course St. Andrews and hopefully Old Course St. Andrews (the latter subject to ballot).
NOTE: The Old Course at St. Andrews requires proof of a 24 or less handicap. The other 5 courses shown do not.
Finish with 3 nights at the historic resort hotel Gleneagles, playing two rounds, first at the venerated King’s Course, then concluding at the PGA Centenary Course designed by Jack Nicklaus.
The two fine hotels included are selected for both ambience and location. You will love the Old Course Hotel St. Andrews and Gleneagles.
At this stage of life, you’ve worked for it, you’ve earned it. There is the danger of you returning home wearing a kilt! I hope to see you in Edinburgh next July.
