The Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite is a 352-room resort hotel surrounded by the Sierra National Forest. The lodge has a convenient location, two miles from the South Gate entrance of Yosemite National Park. The décor is inspired by Native American and Southwestern patterns, with images and paintings of the magnificent surrounding wilderness and adjacent Yosemite Valley.

The reception area is large and rustic; high ceilings with dark wooden beams above cozy chairs and couches. The rooms are modern and covered in rich autumn colors. With five on-site restaurants, an abundance of outdoor recreational activities, two pools, and a wonderful fitness center and spa, Tenaya Lodge delivers a pampered experience for their guests visiting Yosemite.

Lodge accommodations range from 249 standard rooms and suites within the main building. Families and larger parties can select from 53 cottages and 50 Explorer Cabins surrounding the resort. Cottage units, which are a short walk to the main building, have one or two bedrooms, each with a fireplace or patio.

The 10,000 square foot Ascent Spa offers a pleasurable respite after a full day of hiking or other physical activity. The spa features a state-of-the-art gymnasium, variety of massage treatments, aromatherapy, dry saunas and steam rooms.
