• 7-Night River Cruise: US $120 per person: which supports the Hotel Manager and the crew aboard the ship on the Nile.
• Payment and Tipping Guidelines for the Cruise
  • How to Pay: You can charge them to your final onboard invoice using cash or a credit card at the reception desk.
  • Egyptologists & Local Guides: While general tips can be handled via your final invoice, many travelers recommend handing additional cash directly to your personal Egyptologist or local tour guides for exceptional service.
  • Currency: US dollars are widely accepted in Egypt for tips, but it is also helpful to carry small local currency or Euros for minor expenses or land-based tipping.

• Local Guides: US $5–$7 per day, per guest (given in cash).
• Drivers: US $3 per day, per guest (given in cash).
• Cruise Manager: If you have an AmaWaterways Cruise Manager accompanying your land program, the standard guideline is an additional 4 Euros per day, per guest specifically for land extension days (separate from the shipboard rate).
• Payment and Tipping Guidelines
  • Bring cash: It is customary and preferred to tip local guides and drivers directly in cash (US dollars or local currency) at the end of your Jordan land tour.

Please Note: Gratuities (and suggested amounts) are always optional and at your discretion based on the level of service you receive.

* Single Supplement for Cruise Program: Calculated based on the non-discounted, per person double occupancy rate. Non-Suite Categories are calculated at 150%, and all Suite Categories are calculated at 200%.

PRICING

All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars (USD$). In the event that an incorrect cruise and/or land tour fare is listed, quoted or advertised through any website, printed collateral, reservations person or winery club manager that is an electronic, typographical or verbal error, Expanding Horizons reserves the right to correct the erroneous fare. Passengers will be duly informed and asked to pay the correct cruise and/or land tour fare intended or shall be refunded in full for any deposits or payments made, thereby canceling the reservation. Expanding Horizons reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Airfares, air taxes and air surcharges quoted on your invoice or by a reservation agent are only guaranteed once airfare full payment is received by Expanding Horizons.
